Este nuevo generador incluye soporte para la narración/storytelling, así como elementos que fueron agregados de manera manual en las últimas charlas. Es necesario hacer una migración retroactiva al nuevo formato de metadata, afortunadamente el nuevo formato no está atado al directorio base, así que podemos hacerlo gradualmente.

Este PR introduce cambios en el script de generacion de MD, incluye ya campos que aparentemente fueron agregados de forma manual en instancias recientes como el storytelling, además de mantener el soporte para la generación especifica en escenarios con múltiples charlas.
Este PR también agrega la charla de Noviembre (#40)
