Summary

Restructures the ROADMAP to reflect the current release state after v0.9.0 shipped.

Changes

  • v0.8.x: removed the Planned subsection — cycle is closed
  • v0.9.x — Graphite: marked as current with updated theme description
  • v0.10.x (new): consolidates all deferred items from both previous milestones:
    • Z109 STALE_ALLOWLIST_ENTRY
    • Windows CI matrix parity
    • Logic Site Map (LSM)
    • Z405 BROKEN_CODE_REFERENCE
    • Plugin SDK
    • Semantic Schemas
    • Enhanced i18n Link Discovery (GAP-003)
    • Configurable finding tiers
    • Dead Suppression Elimination (Z603)
    • Docusaurus Cross-Instance Resolver (new — identified during zenzic-doc audit)

No code changes

Documentation only. All pre-commit hooks passed.

- v0.8.x: stripped planned subsection (cycle closed)
- v0.9.x: marked as current (Governance Engine, DQS, Tiered Penalty)
- v0.10.x: new milestone with all deferred items from v0.8.x and v0.9.x
