RELOCATOR is a full-service personal relocation agent built as a Perplexity Computer skill. It manages an entire residential move end-to-end — from apartment hunting to settling into your new place — so you can focus on your life instead of spreadsheets and browser tabs.
Drop it into your Perplexity Computer skills library, tell it where you're moving, and it takes over.
RELOCATOR autonomously:
- Profiles your move — budget, unit specs, deal-breakers, lifestyle priorities, commute anchors
- Researches neighborhoods with weighted scoring across safety, walkability, cost, amenities, internet, transit
- Searches apartment listings on local platforms (sahibinden, Bayut, Zillow, Idealista — adapts to market)
- Compares leases side-by-side with red-flag analysis and negotiation suggestions
- Calculates total first-year cost — rent, deposits, agency fees, utilities, maintenance
- Collects mover quotes with ratings, services, and availability comparison
- Documents your move with a room-by-room photo checklist (before/after) for deposit protection
- Builds a day-by-day moving timeline from T-30 to T+7
- Tracks utility setup — providers, plans, pricing, activation status
- Manages address changes across 100+ services — banks, crypto exchanges, government, subscriptions
- Maintains a living dashboard updated after every action
- Adapts to local markets — Dubai post-dated cheques, Turkish ikamet rules, UK deposit schemes, US state laws
Disclaimer: It's a vibe-coded moving concierge, and we can't live without it: RELOCATOR was built because moving sucks and spreadsheets suck harder. It's held together by structured prompts and aggressive parallelism. Consider it an early release — but it already handles real moves (tested on a Dubai → Antalya relocation). Your mileage may vary. Literally.
- Market-aware intelligence — Doesn't just search listings. Understands that Dubai requires Ejari registration, Turkey has ikamet residency restrictions, and London has tenant fee bans. Adapts its workflow per jurisdiction.
- Weighted neighborhood scoring — Safety, walkability, internet speed, commute time, amenities, and vibe — all scored and weighted to YOUR priorities, not some generic "best neighborhood" list.
- Lease red-flag engine — Scans contracts for excessive fees, one-sided termination clauses, auto-renewal traps, and vague maintenance language. Provides exact negotiation counter-language.
- Photo documentation system — Room-by-room checklist with metadata (meter readings, timestamps, witness info) that protects your deposit. Generates the checklist, you shoot the photos.
- Address change tracker — 100+ services organized by urgency tier, including crypto exchange KYC updates, cloud provider billing, domain registrar WHOIS, and jurisdiction-specific items.
- Living dashboard — One file that shows you exactly where your move stands at any moment.
