Feature Request: Add Support for native CCZ Gate

It appears that tsim currently does not support the CCZ gate. This would be a great feature to add if it's a relatively easy lift and doesn't degrade simulator performance.

This would have to be implemented using the standard decomposition with 7 T gates. I believe better decompositions always rely on classically controlled Clifford gates (not just classically controlled Paulis), and Tsim is only able to efficiently implement classically controlled Paulis.

So, the CCZ might be quite expensive in simulations. However, the cutting decomposition (Circuit.compile_detector_sampler(strategy='cutting')) could give reasonable performance here, since a single cut can remove all 7 T gates.

I think it would definitely be nice to have this.

Visualization would be challenging, since Stim is used to generate SVGs. But for a start, one could do without visualization.
