Quad4 Gitea Instance Shutdown

git.quad4.io is no longer active as I have moved to rngit (Git over Reticulum) with some mirrors on GitHub/Lavaforge.

This is due to a uphill battle with bots and scrapers on the internet hammering my server, I am simply not adding a javascript PoW or wasting time tuning fail2ban rules. rngit is harder to censor and requires more effort by bad actors to disrupt.
