[lecture_comparison] Many code cells are not compiled or are looking strange

Hi @mmcky , I noticed an important issue in MYST that

• many code cells are not compiled or just look very strange there

For example, in lecture cake_eating_numerical, almost all code cells have this issue and I label them with red lines.

These issues are widely existing in the following lectures (updated):

• 29_cake_eating_numerical
• 30_optgrowth
• 31_optgrowth_fast
• 32_coleman_policy_iter
• 33_egm_policy_iter

thanks @shlff odu wasn't changed in #16 so it must be due to a different issue. Would you have time to review and see why that lecture may not be executing?

odu execution was timing out. This should now be fixed by 9a791ca
