Remove unnecessary git install

Based on some limited testing, git is not required to build the clojure containers and the version of git available (even in trixie) is responsible for a number of CVEs. Consider removing it from the list of installed packages.

Huh. OK, does that mean this is relevant only to tools-deps, or is lein affected as well? My organization rules for CVEs are annoying; really looking for any way to not have to fork and maintain a separate repo. The CVEs apply to git 2.47.2, fixed in 2.47.3; but with the way Debian rolls out updates, it could be a while before the new version is available.

I don't believe lein needs git. Are you using lein? I can look into removing git from the lein images.

I am using lein. It would be great not to include git.
