This adds some functionality for working with the SU2 version of particle symmetry.
Since this only works at half-filling, I had to define a new number operator
(Nup - 1/2)(Ndwn - 1/2)and I don't really have a good name for that so suggestions are definitely welcome.I slightly reworked some of the hubbard tests to take some more random numbers, but I'm not actually sure if that made a difference. Everything does seem to pass, and the expected values are obtained, so I'm more or less certain that this is now correct.
