fix(ci): remove unused all-contributors auto plugin

[Quenty]

Remove the @auto-it/all-contributors plugin which was never configured and causing the release job to fail with fatal: pathspec 'README.md' did not match any files on Linux CI due to the repo having lowercase readme.md.
