Ability to block certain players from using a QuickShop shop [Feature Request]

/qs block feature that blocks a player from buying and selling to all your chest shops.

There are a lot of players on our server who really do not like doing business with certain other players. Would be great if they could do /qs block <username> to block people from all their shops.

A similar feature already exists, though it is designed for individual shops.
