Tools Folder Update

Hello,
Some of the software (mkvtoolnix, madvr, AviSynth,ffmpeg, etc) have now newer version so any time soon we are getting updated tools folder? or just have to do manual?

Hi, I tend to avoid updating unless there's an issue or a compelling reason to do so. But feel free to manually update any tools you want, it shouldn’t cause any problems.

Thank You for the reply. The script do wonders really so great full for your good work and YouTube tutorials helped me a lot. I will try to update the folder manually as new released software will have more bugs fixed which we have not noticed yet and might speed up the process of generating HDR10 to DOVI movies as they take almost 3 hours for 1 movie and I have a whole list of REMUX to do.

HDR10 to DoVi (3-1) is slow because of a bug with Dolby CM_Analyze on Windows systems and apple prores decoding, unfortunately. The workaround is to use Davinci Resolve.

Good to know I was using 3-1 with Dolby CM_Analyze on Windows system. Will definitely try Davinci Resolve. Thank you for the tutorial link.
