Config for LIlygo T-Connect Pro Lite (without screen)

Below is my config for Lilygo T-Connect Pro Lite - It has no screen and has Ethernet (W5500). No doubt some optimizations, but it seems to work ok for now :)

@RAR is there an easy way to get this into the board list? Maybe we don't need all the light stuff, but the basics for the RS485 and ethernet maybe are helpful for other people?
