Parsing xml file to rdf with rdflib

I'm trying to parse a xml file to rdf using rdflib. But when I execute the code below

I have the error :
ParserError: file:SSMData.xml:34:534: Repeat node-elements inside property elements: timeSpan
What does this error mean?

Can you share the file? And can you try parse it with riot from jena?

This file is not RDF XML - see the link for examples of what the content of an RDF XML file should look like.

If you want to convert arbitrary XML to RDF you will need to use a custom tool, see this for example: https://www.w3.org/wiki/ConverterToRdf#XML
