Wrong comment type in RMarkdown YAML frontmatter

@andycraig, I think I found an issue with the latest commit related to comments. It provides R # comments in r-chunks, and html comments in markdown, however in the yaml header, it also uses html comments, instead of the # ones. Is this behaviour expected?

Thanks for reporting @atanasj! I’ve created a new issue for this.

The frontmatter is correctly being identified as YAML, but the correct comment style is not being applied. It might be necessary to have all embedded languages in vscode-R's package.json.
