It seems that a leading space is required before issue or PR number in changelog so that it is linked to the web page.
@Ikuyadeu Is there a way we could refine the changelog already published? |

OK got it. Then I'm fine with the changelog as it is. Thanks! I'll send a PR to reflect the changes in README and I'll update wiki accordingly. |
