Fixed a small detail that didn't allow users on mobile to scroll down on the mobile version of the page.
Due to the size of the page description it was difficult for mobile users to be able to see and scroll down thru the dev cards. Made it a bit smaller when on mobile so that there's enough space for the users to scroll down.
