GUI does not remember which scripts were enabled last session

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable a script
2. Optionally: Play a match
3. Close and reopen the gui
4. The script is no longer enabled (but the bots from previous session is remembered)

This actually isn't a bug, more like a missing feature.
