  • Fix incompatibility with earlier version of GNU linker
    • This was not detected because the released runtime tarballs are always built with gcc-13 from SCL

Build Instructions

Alternative Wheel mechanism must be enabled with a YAML configuration file. More concretely, use the CI script:
cd .ci; bash releasesuite-git-head.sh --yaml 0.11.1b.yaml
