Problem Description
clCreateCommandQueueWithProperties is returning CL_OUT_OF_HOST_MEMORY in the error code on my WSL toolchain (gcc). No such error when done locally on Windows toolchain (minGW).

Compiled libraries were installed following https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/radeon-ryzen/en/latest/docs/install/installrad/wsl/install-radeon.html
Any help would be appreciated! :)
EDIT: I should note that this issue only occurs when running in the debug configuration on WSL. Maybe something to do with gdb.
