Description of errors

In the documentation, it is reported that the environment variable used by hipcc to specify a custom device libs location is HIP_DEVICE_LIB_PATH (see https://github.com/ROCm/llvm-project/blame/8362f360cc67a44638c42c743d82a265ea973370/amd/hipcc/docs/env.rst#L46), but in the code the actual environment variable used is DEVICE_LIB_PATH, see
