When a BatchPut entry's src is not registered for zero-copy, surface the
silent staging-path degradation at batch granularity (60s/PoolClient
throttle). Substring-distinct from the per-call WARN inside
RemoteDramScatterWrite. Closes distributed-known-issues #12.
