GM Notes on Player-owned Tokens are visible

Describe the bug
The content of the GM Notes field of player-owned tokens is visible to players. GM-only content should never be visible to players.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add text to GM Notes field of a player token.
2. Start server.
3. Start player client and login.
4. Open Edit Token dialog on player client.
5. GM Notes field is disabled but content is visible.

Expected behavior
Content should be visible.

Additional context
The GM Name field has always been visible & editable to players on player-owned tokens. Should this also be hidden as well? As a player, I've used this to put in my character's full name and left the Name field for the character's given name. However, GM's might want to use this for other purposes. Note this only applies to player tokens.
