Is there a way to set the PtID when anonymizing?

I know there is an RSNA CTP tool but this easy GUI is appealing for our purposes.
Is there a way to set the patient name (e.g. to a participant ID) when anonymizing the files?

Not currently but it is on the requested feature list, I will let you when the patient ID can be allocated from a lookup file as soon as implemented.

Please keep in mind the use case some of us have of hundreds of accessions we need to sometimes do at a time in a pipeline. Maybe a sqlite or duckdb file as the mapping of accession number to de-identified subject id ? It could be enhanced to have other parameters to be used as input to the deid process.

Thanks George, please add any other desired features here or fixes/refactors/UX improvements. Also, please elaborate on your data mapping requirements for feeding into the anonymization process.
