开启选项 ULOG_USING_FILTER 后，编译报错：error: implicit declaration of function 'atoi'。
是我的配置有问题还是存在 bug？
我发现在 #5123 中添加了对头文件 stdlib.h 的引用，但在 #5687 中又移除了对头文件 stdlib.h 引用。
