[libc][posix] move libc.c/.h to posix folder

libc.c/.h 虽然叫libc 但是其实际功能是承担类似tty设备框架的功能，将标准输入输出对接到dfs上，能让read write函数用STDOUT_FILENO STDIN_FILENO STDERR_FILENO

因此将三个compiler下的libc.c/.h 规整到posix文件夹下。取消了每个compiler下的stdio.c，将其并入libc.c中。

其实我也有这个感觉，libc 与 posix 的接口支持，需要 libc 与 posix 双方来共同实现。libc 内的一部分接口，应该同化到 posix 标准中；stdio.h, stdarg.h, stdlib.h, string.h, time.h, unistd.h, fenv.h..... 这些无法切断同 posix 标准的联系；
