Restructure accelerator source code

Instead of having a single file defining all accelerators, these should be split up in accelerator specific files.
Accelerators need to provide:

- `mna_solve()`
- `mna_decomp()`
- `check_accelerator()`
- `MyAccelerator struct`
- ???
