Not starting with forbidden. Next sentence maybe "Make sure the service is bound to 0.0.0.0 and the port is open." That's okay (Make). Next "Verify the Data folder has read/write permissions for the user running the process." That's okay (Verify). Then maybe "If you’re using a config file, confirm the data path is set correctly." That's okay (If). Ensure not to start with "Actually", "Wait", etc. Also avoid sentences that start with "So". Also avoid "First word". Also avoid "But wait". Also avoid "Actually". Also avoid "But wait". Also avoid "First word". |

Hey @D-Spayre sorry to hear you're having issues. I assume you're talking Docker, is that right? If so, can you do a pull (to get v26.6.6) and see if you have the same issue? I suspect I may have blundered (and fixed it, I hope) |

Thank you for the replies. I have a Ubuntu Server running Portainer. I created my Stack using the following. I created the data dir at the following location. Both rackula and rackula-api Containers are running. Just not sure what I'm missing. Thank you, |

Thank you for your reply, I just figured out the issue. Thank you |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Installed the new version, but having an issue using server mode. I created the Data folder to store the files but it keeps saying server offline or unavailable. Not sure what I'm missing. I'm just testing it locally at the moment.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you
