RE-MOCT v1.0.0-RC1 (Windows x64)
First public release candidate of RE-MOCT - a keyboard-driven terminal CD
player and forensic-grade ripper for Windows.
Install
Download RE-MOCT-v1.0.0-RC1-win-x64.zip, extract it, and run remoct.exe.
All required DLLs are bundled - no MSYS2 or separate runtime needed.
Requirements: Windows 10 or later (x64).

- Keyboard-driven two-pane terminal UI (file browser + playlist), inspired by MOC
- Gapless playback with crossfade, 10-band parametric EQ, spectrum visualizer
- Plays MP3, FLAC, OGG, Opus, WAV, AIFF, M4A, AAC, WMA
- Playlist save/load (M3U, M3U8, PLS, XSPF), play queue, favourites, bookmarks
- Per-track ReplayGain normalization, synced
.lrclyrics, tag editor - CD audio (CDDA) playback via raw sector reads
- Forensic CD ripping to FLAC + MP3 (V0) simultaneously:
- AccurateRip verification with drive-offset correction and pressing-offset detection
- CUETools (CTDB) disc-wide verification, no network required
- Local best-effort mode for discs in no database
- Enhanced CD / CD Extra discs detected and handled
- Multi-disc releases foldered per disc
- Metadata from MusicBrainz (DiscID + manual search) with Discogs fallback,
full tracklists from both - Cover art from Cover Art Archive, with iTunes/Deezer fallback

Known status
This is a release candidate — please report issues on the tracker. Drive read
offsets are sourced from the AccurateRip drive database; if your drive isn't
matched, AccurateRip results may show as offset mismatches.

RE-MOCT is MIT-licensed. Bundled libraries retain their own licenses — see
THIRD_PARTY-NOTICES.md in the zip.
