What's new
Smarter Version Comparison
Compare two versions of your IFC file with a choice of "Quick" or "Comprehensive" mode. Quick gives you a fast geometry + basic info check. Comprehensive digs deeper — properties, types, locations, groupings, and classifications — and shows you exactly what changed, before and after, right in the app and in your PDF report.
Fewer crashes, faster recovery
The app is now much more resilient. If something goes wrong in the background, it recovers automatically instead of freezing or requiring a restart.
Faster file opening and saving
Large IFC files now load and save more quickly thanks to a more efficient file-handling process.
New AI option: DeepSeek
Talk To Building and the chatbot now support DeepSeek as another option for connecting your own AI key, alongside Claude (Anthropic) and OpenRouter.
Stronger privacy for Talk To Building
Your model's data used by Talk To Building now stays entirely in memory while the app is running — nothing extra is written to disk.
