Yet another Windows GUI utility for managing the building and compiling of a snesrev project. This time Super Metroid is the game of the day.
No real need to go into release details as it's all new for this launcher and covered in the README, but those of you familiar with the Zelda 3 Launcher will be right at home here as the current functionality is a subset of what is available with that project currently. I suspect that some of those features will eventually make their way to this port as well though, so a lot of those hooks are still hanging around in this code just waiting for the day they can be turned back on.
