Hello, my name is Rafael Pirsch. I live in Cape Verde, on the coast of Africa. I have a degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications, over three years of experience, and I'm a saxophonist. Currently, I am the manager of Txoweb, a company I founded based on my experience as a freelancer, where I work with web development, WordPress, infrastructure, and digital solutions.
