Could you make a standalone portable version?

I get all these extra things I need to install and ChatGPT decided I needed to toy around with the code as well....
A portable version with a test wav file or something would be nice!

I got nothing..... just lots of errors and install this and that dependencies and nothing worked after trying to do it all.
