[enhancement] allow user to set if reply or reply to all is used when using button when displaying email (in addition to preseting both options under arrow list)

This would be a super useful feature. I "Reply-All" 95% of the time and then I will forward an email once and my muscle memory will cause my next Reply-All to be a forward.

The option to keep that button as a fixed action would be a very nice addition.
