Gravatar Images not being fetched

Running verson 1.9.3.365. Gravatar images are not being fetched. I do not see any php errors. My ./data/data*/default/logs/ is empty.

Does the client or server fetch the gravatar images? Running Firefox 42.0 on the client. Let me know what additional information I can provide.

Server fetches avatars using php_curl

Allow Gravatar

@RainLoop Gravatar is allowed in the admin section.

Any addon in Firefox that can block that (Ghostery, Disconnect, uBlock, etc)?

I don't use addons in Firefox, or chrome or IE, mail don't display gravatar
