Gmail, Outlook does not work

Hello Support,

I have setup gmail and outlook in rainloop which is installed on my server which is on hostgator, when i try to login using my gmail or outlook credentials, i either get authentication failed or domain not allowed.

I have re-verified all the settings, passwords, all are correct ... however, when i try to access it by my personal email id which is on hostgator server then i am able to access, but not with gmail or outlook.

Please someone help me out here.

Host gator could be blocking the ports and or the ip.

Hostgator is an excuse, it's designed for simple Web pages not full blown apps.

FWIW I can confirm Google Apps works just fine; this means GMail should too!

i am sure if you try you will get this too

Gmail.com and outlook.com is working fine with all versions of rainloop for atleast the last 12months

Gmail.com and outlook.com is working fine with all versions of rainloop for atleast the last 12months

Like I described in an older Issue already I've got the same problem.
Settings - checked a thousand times
Connection - goes through (can be seen as 'unsuccessfull' at the "activities" page of my Outlook.com)
But still get a 'NOT AUTHENTICATED'.
