Error in the docs for unit declarator #2148
Description
The https://docs.perl6.org/syntax/unit says
This must be at the start of the file (preceded only by comments or use statements)
However, it can also be preceded by sub EXPORT at the very least (which actually has to go outside the unit stuff). I filed R#2020 to clarify what's allowed, and once that's resolved, it would go in to fix this issue.
