Constant quality: 40 ICQ
Encoder settings:
Preset: Quality
Tune:None
Profile: Automatic
Level:Automatic
- Opus with bitrate 64 For audio.
Using Video codec:
- H.265 10-bit (Intel QSV)
- try H.265 (Intel QSV)
It always freezes.
- Change and remove the command
- Using the default preset
it still doesn't work.
