When attempting to add a video file to the queue, the application becomes unresponsive. The progress bar shows "Queuing 1/1" but remains stuck at the beginning of the process. The UI freezes, and the file is never successfully loaded for encoding.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open VidCoder 12.19.
Select a video source (e.g., an MP4 file from an external or local drive).
Attempt to add the file to the queue.
Observe the progress bar "Queuing 1/1" getting stuck.
Expected Result:
The file should be scanned and added to the queue within a few seconds, allowing the user to start the encoding process.
Actual Result:
The application hangs indefinitely at the "Queuing" stage. No error message is displayed; the program simply stops responding.
