Custom snippets not shown

I have multiple custom snippet files in .vscode/, which have the suffix .code-snippets. These are recognized by vscode, and work.

But they are not shown in the panel. Is this supported?

@lonix1 custom snippets were added in #12. There is an open enhancement ticket for global user snippets. See #47
