This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Invicv Android app. By downloading and using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
- App Overview Invicv provides the following key features:
Document scanning using the device camera OCR text recognition for extracting text from scanned images Background remover for images Invoice creation and management PDF generation and export Notepad functionality CV/Resume and Cover Letter builder with analysis tools Premium features unlocked via in-app purchases and subscriptions
All processing (scanning, OCR, background removal, invoice generation, PDF creation, CV building, etc.) happens entirely locally on your device. 2. Information We Collect We do not collect any data from you.
All your scanned documents, images, extracted text, generated PDFs, invoices, notes, CVs, and cover letters are processed and stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers or transmitted to any third parties. We do not collect any personal information, usage data, device information, or analytics.
The only exception is the technical communication required for Google Play Billing (to validate in-app purchases and subscriptions). This is handled directly by Google Play and we do not receive or store any of your payment details. 3. How We Use Your Information Since we do not collect any data, we only use the minimal information needed to:
Provide the app’s core features that run locally on your device. Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
- Data Storage and Security
All your documents, images, invoices, notes, and generated files are stored locally on your device only. No user content is ever sent over the internet (except the necessary Google Play Billing validation). Any billing-related communication uses secure SSL/TLS encryption handled by Google.
- Permissions Required The app requests the following permissions only for its core functionality:
Camera: To scan physical documents and capture images for background removal. Storage / Media Access: To save PDFs, documents, invoices, processed images, and notes on your device. Internet: Only for Google Play Billing validation and downloading app updates (if any). Billing: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
These permissions are used only when you actively use the specific feature. You can manage or revoke them anytime in your device settings. 6. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data to any third parties. We only use the following Google services:
Google Play Billing — for handling payments and subscriptions (we do not receive your personal or payment data). Google ML Kit — for on-device OCR and image processing (all processing happens locally on your device).
No advertising SDKs are used. 7. User Rights and Control You have complete control over your data:
You can delete any document, image, invoice, note, or CV directly in the app at any time. You can clear all app data via your device settings. You can export your documents and notes anytime. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
- Children's Privacy Invicv is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
- International Data Transfers All user content stays on your device. The only external communication is with Google Play for billing, which follows Google’s global privacy practices and complies with applicable laws.
