What this PR does
Adds an optional argument to the
ModExtensions.RegisterConsoleCommand()function that determines whether the command name should be prefixed with the mod's assembly name.Why?
In some cases, adding a rather long assembly name to the command name is rather inconvenient, especially when the mod requires the user to frequently use its commands.
