Edge use #785

Win11Debloat mainly changes Windows itself (telemetry, Copilot hooks in the OS, bundled apps, policies). It is not a full privacy rewrite of Microsoft Edge. Edge still has its own settings and update channel. After debloating you can use Edge, but you should still:
If Edge privacy matters more than RAM savings, Firefox or a Chromium build without Microsoft account sync is the safer default. Debloat does not make Edge "privacy-clean" on its own. |

Heya, Win11debloat does offer two options for debloating edge. These allow you to disable AI as much as possible and also hides most of the annoying pop ups, MSN news integration, etc. You can find more information here: https://github.com/Raphire/Win11Debloat/wiki/Features#disable-ads-suggestions-and-newsfeed-in-edge https://github.com/Raphire/Win11Debloat/wiki/Features#disable-ai-features-in-microsoft-edge |

I am considering to start using Edge as it saves so much RAM on my PC (I have a lot of tabs lol), but my main concern is privacy, as I know that it uses a lot of Copilot and telemetry. My question is: Does this debloat only remove those things on your OS or is it safe to use Edge after debloating?
