Fixes the macOS "Gem is damaged and can't be opened" error. The macOS build is now ad-hoc signed, so it opens like any un-notarized app: move it to Applications, right-click -> Open. If macOS still blocks it, run the command below and reopen:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Gem.app
Also: a cleaner social/preview (OG) image with the real brand font.
