Add Logging Configuration

There is currently very minimal logging on the server-side of this module.

The goal would be to offer a default setting with the ability to configure the module to increase the logging level:

• Level 0 - default, just fatal errors and warnings
• Level 1 - announce methods as they are called
• Level 2 - log everything for debugging purposes
