Consolidates the currently open Dependabot updates into one dependency refresh.\n\nUpdates npm production/dev dependencies, GitHub Pages actions, Tauri Cargo lock dependencies, and regenerated Tauri permission schemas after the plugin updates. Also adds @eslint/js explicitly for ESLint 10 flat config compatibility.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- npm run lint\n- npm test -- --runInBand\n- npm run build\n- cargo check\n- npm audit --audit-level=high\n\nNote: npm audit still reports elliptic through vite-plugin-node-polyfills; npm only offers npm audit fix --force, which downgrades vite-plugin-node-polyfills to 0.2.0 as a breaking change, so this PR does not apply that downgrade.
