Changing from standard layers to custom models does not work if you remove unwated parameters which were needed for the standard model but not the custom #203
Description
I'm currently writing a practical to teach students how to fit NR data in RasCal 2. Part of that practical involves fitting a model in standard layers then changing that project to a custom layers and importing a model script. As part of this process you remove two parameters from the model Parameter list as these are fixed in your custom model. If I do this Rascal 2 throws an error once you accept the changes saying that deleted parameter is not in list (even through its defined in the custom model).
