Add additional workspace/block navigation shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts should be added for the following navigation behaviors. The proposed keys are not always widely available, so they may need to be bound to additional shortcuts, but for now the following may be used:

• Page up / page down - navigate to the top and bottom of the current element's stack
• Home / end - navigate to the current element's block / navigate to the last input of the current element's block
• Control/Command + home / end - navigate to the first / last block on the workspace

For the Page Down shortcut, if you are on the field highlighted, where would you expect the shortcut to take you?

Position A is technically the last block in the stack
Position B is the last place that navigating with the arrow keys would take you before you jump to the next stack
Position C feels like the bottom of the stack, but is skipped in normal navigation

From a vibes perspective I'd expect B, but agreed there's a reasonable case to be made for A and C.

After more playing with this, I think the current behavior is actually okay, and improving it further would involve doing some kind of gross special-casing with statement blocks and perhaps other heuristics. Maybe we're okay with that but I think maybe it's worth testing with the current behavior?

The current behavior that selects spot A is also what would make "the last block on the workspace" block selected if you pressed page down while in that stack, which feels correct. it only feels a little bit "off" when the block that has the last next connection has a statement input. because the last descendant of those types of blocks appears visually higher than the end of the block.

alternatively we could always pick the last next connection, unless there are none and then pick the last descendant of the block. That would result in position C always, even in the next stack shown in the picture, the next connection on the print block would be selected
