Dutch pairing system for Swiss tournaments. #3
Description
The Swiss tournament system is the most popular in chess, mostly for groups larger than a handful of contestants. FIDE recognises 4 Swiss pairing systems, the most common of which seems to be the Dutch pairing system. As such, Arbiter needs to have a Dutch pairing algorithm and support for managing Swiss tournaments. This issue exists only for the Dutch pairing algorithm. Other features for managing Swiss tournaments will be filed in their own issues.
