…ammar fix §03 Software-Wallet-Terms (welcome page step 2): - Create-Wallet card now shows the shorter 'Ich möchte eine neue Wallet erstellen.' subtitle, decoupling it from the Software-Wallet card on step 1 which keeps the combined 'erstellen oder ... wiederherstellen' introductory copy. New ARB key 'newWalletSubtitle' (de/en). - Restore-Wallet subtitle DE grammar fix: 'dieses Wiederherstellen.' -> 'diese wiederherstellen.' (EN unchanged — already grammatically correct)
