Base game Fert stages

Absolutely love this mod. Lots to do and lots of learn all the time. Having a good time :-)
I'm currently trying to figure out which base game data actually matters and which don't.
I figured some out, but I'm very uncertain about Fertilized. I'm not even sure which products actually apply fertilizer stage to a field and which don't. But when I go look at the the field, the 1/2 stage fert shows a low yield-bonus. Currently 77% on on the one Im looking at. The Soil monitor from this mod says 96%.

How should I tackle yes?
